about us

Welcome to Rosalina’s Café and Bakery, a blend of Portuguese tradition and American classics.

At our bakery, enjoy the smell of fresh pastéis de nata and espresso and choose from our coffee menu and bakery selections of the day. Peruse the food menu and our state-of-the-art commercial mobile kitchen will prepare breakfast and lunch for you too.

Portuguese terms to know at Rosalina’s:

Bifana (bee-FAH-nuh) – Our grandmother’s northern-style recipe: thin pork marinated in red wine and garlic, seared and simmered in a rich sauce of peppers, onions, port, white wine, whiskey, and herbs, served on a fresh bread roll.

Pastel de Nata (pah-SHTEL dih NAH-tah) – Portugal’s beloved custard tart. A crisp, flaky, all-butter pastry filled with cinnamon-infused custard and baked until golden. Best with a touch of cinnamon and an espresso.

The cafe’s name is a tribute to Avó Rosalina, who inspired her son’s love for cooking. He passed down the love of good food to his daughter, also named Rosalina, who teamed up with her brother to bring it to you.

Come eat like family at Rosalina’s Cafe and Bakery. We can’t wait to have you.
